CREATIC Annual Meeting 2026: Three Inspiring Days in Copenhagen
The CREATIC consortium gathered for its Annual Meeting at the University of Copenhagen for three days of discussions, reflection and strategic planning. The meeting provided an important opportunity to review the progress achieved so far, align future priorities and further strengthen collaboration across the consortium.
Over the course of the meeting, consortium members discussed the development of CREATIC as a Centre of Excellence for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs), with a focus on research infrastructure, translational programmes, expert support units and the broader innovation ecosystem. The discussions highlighted the remarkable progress made in building the foundations needed to support the development, manufacturing and clinical translation of advanced therapies.
A key part of the programme was dedicated to the long-term sustainability of the centre and its activities. Participants discussed future priorities, talent development, education and training activities, as well as preparations for the upcoming reporting period. These topics are essential for ensuring that CREATIC continues to grow as a strong, sustainable and internationally connected centre capable of supporting innovation in the field of ATMPs.
The Annual Meeting also confirmed a shared vision across the consortium: CREATIC is steadily evolving into a sustainable and internationally recognised Centre of Excellence for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products. This progress is built on close cooperation between academic, clinical and technological partners, as well as on a strong commitment to translating scientific excellence into future benefits for patients.
