Collaboration with the KEVIN team
KEVIN, short for Knowledge Valorisation Unit, is a group of experts in pharmacology, pharmacoeconomics and data analysis that collaborates with the CREATIC centre.
In the pre-Christmas period, a very pleasant and inspiring meeting with the KEVIN team took place. Our Knowledge Valorisation Unit is hidden under this acronym. It is a group of experts on pharmacology and pharmacoeconomics, data analysis and regulatory processes in the field of LPMT/ATMP. Their task is to collect and evaluate data, provide an independent view of the issue and create suggestions for improvements on how to effectively get medicinal products for modern therapies to patients with rare diseases. This issue was addressed by our colleagues with Jakub Hlávka, director of the Institute for Health Economics, Policy and Innovation ECON MUNI and founder of the Initiative for Effective Healthcare.
